1. Surf Kurse (beginner to advanced)

Duration: 2 hours per session

Includes: Board (soft-top or hardboard), full neoprene Neoprenanzug, Strand Sicherheit briefing, warm-up, and in-water coaching.

Curriculum:

• Beginners: Ocean Sicherheit, paddling, pop-up, riding whitewater—see beginner surf Kurse.
• Intermediates: Duck diving, Welle timing, green Wellen, frontside/backside turns—or buche private coaching.

2. Kitesurf Kurse & courses

Duration: 3-hour discovery / 3-day progression / 5-day full autonomy

Includes: Complete kite gear, harness, helmet with two-way radio, impact vest, and boat rescue support when needed.

Curriculum: Wind-Window mechanics, Strand kite control, body dragging, water starts, riding upWind. Start with beginner kite Kurse or a kitesurf camp.

3. Equipment rental

Already ride? Drop by the Strand shop for day hire:

• Surfboards: Softboards, funboards, shortboards, longboards
• Kite & wingfoil: Latest-season kites, bars, foils, and boards
• Wetsuits & accessories: 3/2 mm and 4/3 mm suits, booties, harnesses
